Ollin Farm Dinners
Building community,  One Meal at a Time

Farm-to-table dinners may be labeled the fastest growing dining trend, but when fantastic chefs partner with local farmers to source the healthiest, most flavorful ingredients, and the community comes out to celebrate the harvest, it is more than just a trend, it is a conscious act of sustainability.

Ollin Farms is excited to be partnering with Chef Dale Lamb for our fourth season of farm dinners.  With a menu full of freshly harvested Ollin Farms produce and other locally sourced ingredients, enjoyed right on the farm along the beautiful cottonwoods of Left Hand Creek.

A message from the Chef:

On my way to the kitchen as I pass the farm – I glance over and to my surprise, it’s alive & transforming, fields are greening, trees are budding—rich soils are being tilled, seeds being planted.

Every year this is the announcement that tells the community it’s time to start planning menus, events, special gatherings and putting people back to work!

I would like to thank the Guttridge Family for giving me the opportunity to bring all this to the plate for your enjoyment.

My staff and everyone at Ollin Farms look forward to seeing friends, old and new, at our table.

See you soon!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do the meals include a vegetarian option?
Yes, all the meals are served up buffet style with Chef Dale describing the ingredients and preparation.  There  will be a variety of meat and vegetarian dishes available at each dinner. We will also have an all vegetarian dinner on August 31st.

What about wine?
Guests are welcome to bring their own bottles of wine to the farm dinners.  Because of liquor license rules, we are not able to provide or serve wine at our dinners but we will provide glasses and openers so that guests over the age of 21 can bring and enjoy their own wine.

What are the menus like?
The menus will feature products from our farm and other local food and will change each dinner depending on what is available at that time of season.  Entrees will typically be finalized and posted to the website two days before the scheduled meal to allow for wine pairing.

What if I have reservations and can't make it to the dinner?
If something comes up and you can not attend a scheduled dinner, please let us know at least one day in advance of the dinner and we will make arrangements to get your tickets transferred to another date.  Sorry, no refunds or transfers on day-of cancellations.

What is the seating arrangement like?
Tables for the dinners are going to seat 18 or more people.  One of the goals of the dinners is to build community by bringing neighbors together to enjoy a locally sourced meal.   By arranging large tables, we hope to provide guests the opportunity to meet new people while enjoying the beautiful setting of our farm.
